Clausen and Hassan assisted me with complicated legal issues that were in part created by my former attorney and my former husband and his attorney. My former husband and his attorney were legally combative and were able to intimidate my former attorney. My divorce proceedings included federal laws that govern U.S. Army personnel and their spouses, U.S. Army pension laws, and laws governing activated U.S. reservists. The complexity of these laws extended my divorce proceeding by years. Additionally, my former husband had hidden funds and refused to provide documents even though ordered by the court to do so. My divorce ended up being in front of three different judges (due to the length of time of the proceeding).
